Planes of Existence
The primordial force/energy/domain that flows through all energies. There is a Plane/Set of powers that all users have no matter what plane they are in, or connected to, to gain their ability. The connection of the Planes comes from their primary ancestor, Ansemund, who lived within the Yggdrasil, absorbing and being influenced by every single energy that came from all Realms. As each Yggdrasil passes on energy, the energy and traits of Ansemund pass down into them. Each Plane is unique and powerful on its own. It controls a force/domain/energy that existed, whether that be Magical, Cosmic, or Elemental energies. Each Yggdrasil holds dominance in one area of the Planes of Existence, but can learn all through extreme training. In order to advance to the next Plane, you'd need to master the sub-abilities the Planes come with.
When an Yggdrasil awakens a Plane, the energy from that Plane floods their Equilibrium Body, releasing a torrent of radiation and shaping an aura around the Yggdrasil's form. The radiation has a radius span depending on a few basic principles. A.) How much they opened the Plane to receive energy. B.) How much energy their Equilibrium Body can sustain. C.) How much radiation they allow to be released. The energy inside of a Plane is infinite, but the amount the Equilibrium Body can sustain is not. Because energy from the Plane showers the body of an Yggdrasil, they begin to burn up after a long enough time (depending on the amount of the Plane they opened), and then ultimately die. If it is a New Awakening, it will take a day before the body begins to burn up. If it is a Waxing Awakening, it would take a half day for the body to burn up. Waning Awakening, it would take more than several hours for the body to burn. A Full Awakening, the body would burn up in just a couple of hours. Of course, this is all dependent on how much their E.B can sustain and how much energy they actually use during that time. If the E.B burns up, it could have long term effects on the Yggdrasil and weaken their own Heiko.
There is a distance as to how far the Radiation of Power (R.o.P) that the Plane emits goes. It is dependent, again, on how much of the Plane they open...but it is also dependent on which Plane it actually is. Each energy has different behaviour than another. While Physical Plane may be more violent and faster, going a farther distance...the Buddhaic Plane would travel more serenely and focus more on the immediate area rather than covering horizons. Either way, the closer other energies (this includes living and nonliving beings) are to the Yggdrasil, the more influence the power has on those energies.

Physical Plane: The Plane of Energy, Time, Space, and Reality
The Plane in which the things we know of, as of now, exist. Gaining a higher physical enhancement that is so powerful, being near you brings intense pressure to areas that would crush and flatten great cities. Along with that, energy usage and bending of reality is possible in this Plane.
The Physical Plane makes use of the material of one's body to utilize the techniques presented. When this plane is awakened, the material of one's body ascends and normal properties that the body has grows with it. For example, the body exudes heat under normal circumstances. Awakening the Physical Plane would increase the temperature of this heat as well as the ability of the body to sustain that heat without crumbling.
Astral Plane: The Plane of Consciousness, Dreams, and Spirits
This is the Plane in which dreams and thoughts come to life. You'd be able to transform into Mythic Beasts, Angels, Demons, Fairies, or, even, Transcendent Beings. This holds power of the cosmos, Mediumship. Your soul and spirit would be reflected across the area, whether it be madenning or peaceful.
The Astral Plane makes use of the Spirit and the Soul. Both coincide, but remain different. The spirit describes the traits of the being and is related to their own emotions, whilst the soul makes up the very fabric of their Astral energy.
Buddhaic Plane: The Plane of Understanding, Balance, and Becoming One with Everything
In this Plane, you can literally become one with everything. This leads to Clairvoyance (knowledge of your surroundings), Ecological Empathy, Enlightenment (knowing all), and Unity. The Yggdrasil can automatically absorb, generate, and manipulate energies from the surrounding area with immediate ease. As well as manipulate the Ambient Energy in the area.
Twilight Plane: The Plane of Connections, Light, Darkness, and Concepts
The Plane in which Light and Dark meet and become one to form incredible forces of matter and energy. With the Twilight Plane at hand, energetic prowess mutates to being a perfect mixture of both Positive and Negative, making even normal attacks dramatically powerful. As well as being able to absorb both light or darkness. It is a plane that connects the other planes and has fluidity with all the other ones. The constructions being so powerful as to only being able to be destroyed by focused attacks (depending on how dense the thing you make is).

Awakening the Physical Plane would increase the temperature of this heat as well as the ability of the body to sustain that heat without crumbling.
- -New Awakening (25%): The body begins to emit steam, electricity sparking to life around your body. In this stage, your physical abilities are augmented greatly as each strike you make upon an opponent feeling like a mountain crushing against them. Your speed is also greatly increased, but you must note that your ability to withstand pain is not. This stage only augments your offensive capabilities essentially, just not your defensive.
- -Waxing Awakening (50%): A red aura dominates your form, casting a crimson hue around you as the very surface of the ground cracks beneath the sheer weight of your presence. In this stage, your defensive and offensive capabilities grow equally, being stronger than the last. You're both a juggernaut and a berserker, able to withstand great punishment without faltering in your step and deal great punishment. Your nerves are also vastly faster, so fast that you can emit lightning bolts with each slight movement you make. Your normal elemental capabilities are also far superior than before.
- -Waning Awakening (75%): The pressure throughout the battlefield grows even further that even space becomes influenced by your presence, adding on further to the already outstanding weight. Your Heiko lights up with a crimson light (this does not cause it to awaken its ability), outlining the passage of its nervous system up to your eyes, which burn like fire. Your physical power is entirely augmented once more, exceeding the last level to the point where each strike cracks the air itself. You awaken some of the Runes of Power, but using them prematurely without having awakened them prior has a severe toll on the body.
- Thurisaz: The Rune of Thor. Coats your body in the electric currents that release from your nervous system, emanating a yellow light. Your ability to perceive everything around you is at its maximum capabilities as everything becomes connected and you can release powerful lightning bolts that split whatever is in their passage. The electric currents along your body also serve as protection, but should the protection crumble, your body will suffer unbearable pain and you will not be able to move. In this form, it's almost as if you move purely through battle reflexes.
- Kaunaz: The Rune of Fire. Your sweat becomes a burning fire that can be manipulated, burning hotter the faster you are moving or under any intense pressure your body is put under. If you punch a person when using this technique, it would feel as if they received the blistering explosion of an erupting volcano against them.
- Berkana: The Rune of Earth Mother. The durability of your body hardens even further to the point where nothing can pierce you for the duration of this technique (3 minutes). This technique is primarily used to kick the ground at your opponent and depending on the manner of the kick, you can either send giant boulders of debris rocketing towards them or a mountain chain rearing into them. Aimed directly beneath you, your kick can cause a disruption in the earth's crust and mantle, releasing lava and volcanic eruptions.
- Hagalaz: The Rune of Air. Utilizes the air you breathe as a source of power to greatly increase your already augmented physical power.
- Nauthiz: The Rune of Necessity. Also known as the Rune of Shadow. Extends your shadow out, binding living objects that touch your shadow, sapping its power to be transferred to you. Can be used to track opponents and find out where they are.
- Isa: The Rune of Ice. Works similar to Kaunaz, except with cold air. Releases piercing winds from your body and even from when you punch, kick, or make any move. You can turn your sweat into durable constructions of ice that freeze those it touches. You must remain mobile as to not freeze yourself. Don't worry, your movement, without sweat, is like squalls. With sweat, it's like a tundra blasting in your passage.
- Fehu: The Rune of Frey. Restores your stamina while increasing your vitality for a short time
- Inguz: The Rune of Fertility. Also known as the Rune of Harmony. It removes the effects of whatever Rune you are using and also cleanses the body of any ailments or pain.
- Laguz: The Rune of Water. This heals the body and can restore your limbs by stimulating cell reproduction and replication.
- Gibo: The Rune of Gift. Also known as the Rune of Divine Interaction. This rune binds to opponents, allowing you to remotely connect techniques to them. Ex. Using Kaunaz upon the rune would set them alight immediately.
- -Full Awakening (100%): This forces your body to enter its greatest level of physical power. Your body burns with a fire, electricity lighting up along your nerves as your aura settles down along your skin. The pressure that was once felt is now gone, being now perfectly controlled by you. Each strike you make upon an opponent would feel as if the sky itself fell upon the opponent and it would instantly vaporize them if they are not in a heightened state. You can easily create after-images ranging from the hundreds. Finally, you awaken all the Runes of Power (the other ones also become stronger in this stage).
- Sowulo: The Rune of the Sun. This is also known as the wheel of power. This utilizes both the powers of Kaunaz and Thurisaz. Any attack you receive is transferred into this rune as a form of power, multiplying it. This erupts your nerves, forcing Thurisaz to awaken and coats your body in an already burning sweat. To the opponent, you appear to be the manifestation of a star itself. This technique only lasts one second, but that is enough. You rocket towards them reaching them in an instant (onlookers would only see a double flash of light), hand extended out like a spear, and split them apart, a ray of light piercing further past them and disappearing deep into space. All of the power used up in this technique is released into the opponent and beyond, turning them to burning embers and ash, thus the wheel of power. Should you fail to hit them, your nerves will burn away and your body will crumble in ash. It's said this rune has enough power to split the sun itself.
- Algiz: The Rune of Sanctuary. Your presence creates the image of a burning red fortress around you, withstanding almost any siege from the outside. Should it be used at point blank range with your opponent near you, they will be hard pressed to escape the fortress. Seeing as it's a fortress, you can summon men to man the fortress and lay siege upon enemies should you wish.
- Mannaz: The Rune of Man. You summon aid from any kind to fight with you or for you. These men are equipped however you wish, but they are still mortal.
- Teiwaz: The Rune of Tyr. Also known as the Rune of Victory. Your presence inspires those around you and grants them an affect similar to being in the 2nd stage of the Physical Plane. Furthermore, you can seal a portion of this Physical Plane's power into objects, drastically increasing their power.
- Dagaz: The Rune of Dawn. It's a technique that creates a purifying wave of light. Smashing your palm into the ground will create a wave of light in all directions, the tidal wave raising and grazing the heavens before it comes down and swallows what's in its path with a vaporizing power.
- Ansuz: The Rune of Odin. The rune that binds one's fate. Your left eye glows a pale white and should your opponent look at it, it will ensure that the next attack you make will hit.
- Jera: The Rune of Protection. A defensive technique that summons spectral soldiers in a phalanx formation, a "wall of shields" made entirely of energy formed by the units standing shoulder to shoulder, holding their shields up so that they overlap. The shields create a bulwark that can take extreme amounts of physical damage without wavering, and can also split apart to reveal bristling spears to heave against the enemy. The armor, color and crest on the shields of the units will always depend on the Saga of the user.
- Eiwaz: The Rune of Death. This is the final rune and it should only be used as a last resort. It transforms your life-force into death-force, painting your red aura black. Your skin cracks with the excess of power as even your presence is strong enough to kill those that linger around you. While this Rune makes you even stronger (your punches have enough weight to feel like a collapsing star), any contact you make with the opponent results in their instant death and even their soul crumbles into the afterlife. But the actual technique is a secret technique only seen in a Super Cell, the Tree of Life. Your nerves erupt, becoming an extremely powerful conductor of electricity. All electrical sources immediately become connected to you, giving you the image of a tree as electric currents and lightning branch and connect to you. At this level, you can either crash into your opponent to deliver the full discharge of the electrical power, supercharge yourself by binding all of its power to you, or manipulate the electric currents to create lightning tendrils that move with impossible speed and flexibility. Although, the Tree of Life is primarily used alongside the rune Gibo to instantly bury them in billions of lightning bolts.
- Eclipse Awakening (∞%): A power far beyond what was once capable of only unlocked by having mastered the primordial power of Aether. A very dangerous awakening, in which your body summons the true might of the runes and allows one to combine these very runes together, just as what is seen with the Aegishjalmur in its combination of the Isa and Algiz Rune. These are the Runes of Wisdom, only unlocked by having mastered the Runes of Power seen above. Your physical power burns and your body slowly begins to crumble (if one lacks mastery of all other Planes) just as much as it begins to gain in power. You are a burning sun among those around you, who would simply be burning embers. Each strike you fell upon your opponent would split the atmosphere of your planet and trails for miles. If you aim a strike up into the sky, the force would continue forever as a trail of light until it crashes into an object, splitting it right through.
- Vegvisir (Rune of the Wayfinder): A rune that lets you know exactly where your target is even when moving at the instant speeds seen in this plane and allows you to track them wherever they roam if they are within your presence.
- Gapaldur (Rune of Conquest) and Ginfaxi (Rune of Heroes): Two runes that require combined use to truly be of use. Gapaldur empowers the right side of your body to do even more damage of any kind than before, while Ginfaxi empowers the left side of your body and allows you to redirect any physical attack back at opponents with added precision. If you used both your arms together, you'd be using a powerful wrestling technique shown below.
- Glíma (Glimpse): Grappling your opponent successfully is virtually an instant victory when using Gapaldur and Ginfaxi simultaneously for the fact that your opponent's power is completely suppressed and does more damage to them if they struggle. From here, you can either continue to grapple them for a few more seconds until even their life-force is suppressed and they die or you can perform a take-down and slam their body against the earth to vaporize them and create a crater the size of an average country.
- Draumstafir (Rune of Dreams): A rune that turns your after-images into solid clones so long as you move from one point to another at ultimate speeds. The clone only lasts for several seconds, but yield the same level of power and potential that you have. It's a rune that allows for devastating combos and high-level deception against your opponent. There is no limit to how many clones you can create so long as it is within a 5 second time-frame. The clones are created within 5 seconds, and last for another 5 seconds for a total of 10 second use.
- Lása (Rune of Binding): One of the most powerful seals of the universe and the most powerful seal that does not rely on impossibilities. It transfers all the physical power and energy you possess at your current state (which is a lot, to put it lightly, if you're in Eclipse Physical Awakening) into the most dominant force imaginable. To the one being sealed, it would be as if the weight of one of the Nine Worlds themselves were pushing down on them and the only way to escape from this is if one held the raw power to shatter one of the Nine Worlds as a whole in one go. This rune has only been seen to be used twice in the history of Yggdrasil. The first time was prior to the conception of the Nine Worlds, when Ansemund defeated all the Titans and sealed them using the Lása Rune. The second time was when Wulfric the Warrior used it upon Fenrir the Dread Wolf during the Jotunn Civil War, sealing him within his Equilibrium Body from which he has yet to escape from.
- -New Awakening (25%): Energy from the Plane blasts through the area, spanning in a circle. The spirit of the user reflects itself throughout the area, with drastic effects on the environment. An evil spirit would make the area darker and life would disappear throughout the area while a holy soul would have more brightness throughout the area and life would blossom. The power of the user is heightened and their energy becomes thicker, visible to even the naked eye. If the user wanted to, they could focus their astral pressure in a specific area (such as on a person) and compress them down to a tin can or immobilize projectiles or moving objects in their pressure.
- -Waxing Awakening (50%): A heightened version of New Awakening, the area of effect stretches far and wide, spanning miles from the user. Beings that relate to the spirit of the user begin to manifest themselves throughout this area of effect (ex: demons would manifest in the area with evil spirits). These spirits wouldn't be very powerful, but they would be very good minions (the user can choose what abilities these specific demons have beforehand and their appearance). The spirit of the user is reflected to a greater extent and have more dramatic influence over the area of effect as their very own soul begins to cloak their body.
- -Waning Awakening (75%): .Yet again, a heightened version of Waxing Awakening, the area of effect stretching from horizon to horizon. Stronger spirits relating to the user manifest themselves and add on to the now dramatic effect the reflected spirit has on the area. If other living beings are too close to the user, they become possessed by the energy and turned into just another minion to the user. As this happens, the soul of the user manifests itself around the very user. A technique known as "Fylgja" is unlocked, allowing the user to manipulate their very own Astral essence. A fylgja is a supernatural being that accompanies a person and is connected to their own fate and future. In the stories, Fylgja can appear in the form of an animal, but when they do, this means the impending omen of death on the user. When they appear in the form of a woman, they are powerful guardians, much like Valkyrie. Here, the fylgja cloaks the user and is exceptionally tall, made of astral energy. This fylgja allows for even greater connection to the Astral Plane, allowing for the user to possess more powers from there. This also allows them to manipulate the spirits that are manifesting around the area with an even more firm hand. Fylgja can possess their own appearance and special powers relating to Astral Energy. A few examples of Fylgja are Agmund's Karkaras, Ancalagon, and Skuld; or Osmund's Maiden, Mother, and Crone in the Triple Goddess. Note: There can be at most five fylgja for a user.
- -Full Awakening (100%): The very height of this Plane, a dramatic upscale in power of all awakenings before. The area of effect stretches from "sea to shining sea" and any enemies nearby would immediately succumb to possession if they are not in an extremely heightened state due to the sheer power of the radiation. Truly powerful spiritual entities begin to emerge throughout the area, fighting beside the user of the Astral Plane. Two other Fylgja manifest themselves around the user along with the first, each with their own unique ability. One fylgja is pure defense, one is pure offense, and one is pure passive. The true power of the fylgja stand as they are the height of tall mountains (unless the user wants them to be smaller). The three fylgja represent the Shadow, Name, and Personality of the soul. Shadow being what power the soul gives off, the name being the very title that the soul has, and the personality being what kind of soul the person has. In Waxing Awakening, what was scene was the Personality Fylgja.
- -Eclipse Awakening (∞%): Since the Astral Plane is directly connected to Nether, this greater energy is hidden deep within this very Plane. Also, as stated before, there can be at most five fylgja for a user and only three were shown beforehand (Shadow, Name, and Personality). The other two embody the Heart and Vital Spark of the soul. The heart embodying thought, will, and intention of the user...or the very spirit and the Vital Spark embodying the very energy of that soul...or the soul itself, distinguishing between life and death. When this has been awakened, the user's power eclipses those around them and the two final fylgja manifest as titans around the user. The final fylgjas can have two combat jobs, such as defense/passive or defense/offense, thus making them the most powerful and efficient of the fylgja. The Eclipse Awakening can only be unlocked if the user has mastered Nether. The Astral Plane is one of the unique planes that has this, but since it does tap into Nether, it does cause an immense strain on the user and cannot be kept for long if the user has not become accustomed to Nether beforehand.
- -New Awakening (25%): Activating the New Awakening of the Buddhaic Plane releases a pulse of green energy as your Aura Color dawns over your body. The green pulse flows out like sound, losing its power the further it goes and its power is at its height at a distance of an Island Castle. The green pulse is a visual queue that lets your opponent know that something has occurred in the environment, that being your will imposing itself upon any and all living organisms in the Area of Influence that are not of greater consciousness. New Awakening allows you to use these living organisms in combat, manipulating and empowering them through sheer force of will. The power of these organisms are entirely dependent on how much power you choose to give them, as you could even force evolution on their DNA to make monstrosities of these lifeforms.
- -Waxing Awakening (50%): Waxing Awakening stretches the Area of Influence even further than before, going as far as a dense forest landscape deep in the hills. All living beings caught in the field naturally begin to evolve and thrive, possessing a stronger life-force and deeper connection with the elements. Even your own life-force becomes stronger, especially so when near those under your will. Life-forms are now capable of elemental manipulation and plants possess unique abilities such as potent healing, poison, or earth type capabilities. Should you wish, you could even increase their sentient power so they can act on their own to defend one another and defend you.
- -Waning Awakening (75%): Waning Awakening takes things even further beyond. The distance of the Area of Influence goes as far as a small country with all living organisms in your will now deeply connected to you in a root system. You share their life-force, their will, and their power and can transfer each of these across any living being, even your own. Should one of your servants fall you can restore their power by granting them parts of the life-force of the other servants. For example, if a servant had 100 life-force and you have 100 other servants at your disposal, you can simply take 1 piece of life-force from each of the other servants to revive that fallen servant. However, this only works if they had already been under your will prior to death. Waning Awakening allows for powerful elemental manipulation of only the basic elements (see Jotunn Elements page) with all life-forms under your will capable of manipulating and generating these elements. Along with all of that, beings of greater conscious are able to succumb to your will if you force your might upon them or if they delve too long within your "Forest." By Forest, it means staying within your Area of Influence and near those life-forms under your will. You can take this literally by actually creating a forest that would make opponents succumb to your will even easier. To make things worse for your opponent, you can share the senses of your life-forms so you can see where your opponent is at all times especially if they are within your literal forest.
- -Full Awakening (100%): Full Awakening spans a continent while ingraining the Area of Influence as far as the core of the earth itself like a great tree. You're able to manipulate the very atmosphere of this bubble and manipulate the life inside to create newer, greater life-forms or eldritch beasts. In here, you are completely connected to all life-forms under your command. Due to your life-force and will being connected to them, you cannot die unless ALL life-forms under your command die. Should you fall in combat, you will just come back strong as ever having reinforced your vigor with the life-force of another. Healing is easy and happens extremely quickly because of this as well. Most of all, this awakening expands your conscious to allow for even access to abilities that require forms or meditation to utilize (I.E Wickwar Flame from the Fenrir Jarngrim if you possess it). However, this does not give you the energy levels or durability to sustain or survive those dormant abilities if those were the factors necessary to even use them.
- -New Awakening (25%): Phantasmal auras develop on your body; the right side of your body growing a light aura while the left side of your body grows a dark aura. In this stage, your natural energetic techniques are augmented into becoming vastly powerful so long as they are either Positive Energy (such as heat, light, water, etc) or a Negative Energy (frost, lightning, darkness, etc). You waste very little energy in actually being able to summon this power and are capable of absorbing Positive and Negative Energy from your opponent or the environment.
- -Waxing Awakening (50%): The auras from both sides of your body wave with more power, developing a firm hue that contrasts with the other. While amplifying the power you had in the New Awakening, the right side of your body glows intensely with a warm, white light while the right side of your body gains a sickly cold, black aura. In this stage, you're allowed to create nearly perfect constructs that nullify positive or negative energy and can only be destroyed by uniting both equally. This is the same for your own attacks as they do far more damage and also cannot be blocked unless the same circumstances are applied where the enemy unites positive and negative energy to do so.
- -Waning Awakening (75%): Your power from the other stages is intensely magnified, the sky gaining a golden hue while the earth is stained by a black shade. The difference now is you can Plane Walk, where you alone can walk through a different realm/plane/dimension and affect the world where your Main Presence is (where the heavens are gold and the earth dark). By Plane Walking, you could quite literally walk into the Physical Plane or the Astral Plane itself and collect power from there to amplify your attacks. That is one application. Another application is just avoiding attacks and creating constructs from this realm to attack opponents where the Main Presence is. The third application falls in line with another ability gained in this stage, which is where you can split off your Light and Dark half from your main body and allow them to Plane Walk. Your Light and Dark half would have the exact powers you possess, except only from their respective spectrum of energy (positive or negative). The Light Half cannot use the Aldarrok Heiko, while the Dark Half cannot use the Glasir Heiko (for example). The greatest feat shown by Light and Dark splitting is Triple Goddess.
- -Full Awakening (100%): Bright rays of light fall to strike the earth, broken shards of dark rubble rising up to the sky and exploding in the sky to stain the heavens black. This constant exchange continuing for the ongoing of this Awakening, where your Twilight Plane powers reach its maximum. While all the abilities you held previously are now far superior than before, you unlock the ability to use the two Primordial Energies: Aether and Nether.
- Aether (Pure Sky): Known as the divine power in which the gods breathe, it is a primordial energy that can partake in all physical elements of matter and energy, despite not being either of those. One may even call it the life-force of all beings in the universe that even Eternals and gods possess. In appearance, it appears as a pure, radiant gold light that behaves like gaseous air. In power, it ascends elements of the physical world to another Plane of Existence that can affect all planes in this universe. What that means is one could empower a lightning bolt with Aether and its power would be so drastic that no enemy can hope to ward against it or defeat it because it exists in a greater plane of reality than just the physical plane we live in, a plane (the Aether Plane) that affects all others...unless they dodge of course. To state it again, when Aether interacts with any other element, it ascends that element to where it affects everything in the universe and the only way to interact with that ascended element is by also using something that can affect all planes (elements such as Aether, Nether, or Ether). To visualize it, think of a row of blank canvases. Each canvas symbolizes a certain dimension/world/plane of reality. A single black dot in one canvas or a single shaded black circle in one canvas symbolizes an element in that single canvas, meaning it can only interact with what is inside of it and they are held to that law. Take a gold brush, then paint it horizontally across the topmost half of all the canvases in that row going right over each black dot in each individual canvas. That giant gold line is Aether, being able to interact with everything while the black dots cannot.
- Going off the knowledge that Aether can interact with every element in the universe, one would naturally gain the power to manipulate every element in the universe if they can manipulate Aether. Gravity, the flow of energy, time, space, matter, all of it can be manipulated and ascended through the use of Aether. With Aether, one would also be able to create life...but there is another primordial element that immediately connects itself with such a life.
- When used in combat, Aether does not purify (unless empowered by the Glasir Heiko/Divine Plane) nor does it destroy. The effects Aether has on a person, when used purely, is that their body burns. The amount of raw heat Aether possesses is greater than any star in the universe, even if it does not radiate that heat (unless the user wills it). The heat is usually only felt when Aether interacts with the object or person, in which that person or object is vaporized until it is returned into a pure state of energy. Hit someone with an Aether-infused lightning bolt, they would be struck like any other lightning bolt except with the added speed, power, and force and with the additional effect of being vaporized down to their Life-Force, which Aether takes.
- When empowering an element, such as with lightning, you do need to be careful. If you empowered that lightning bolt, it would gain either a gold, white, or orange hue depending on the quality of your Aether and then begin to behave more like like air in that it waves and glides smoothly (at stupid speeds though). After a while though, the effect does not last and it will fade away and take the lightning bolt with it. This only happens to empowered elements from the physical plane, not empowered elements from Divine Realms such as Asgard or Alfheim.
- Aether allows one to manipulate all Life-Force associated powers such as the ability to heal any ailments, creation magic, stellar manipulation, etc.
- Aether favors personal combat due to its concentrated nature.
- Nether (Dark Mist): Known as the destructive fate in which all are bound to, it is a primordial energy that, like Aether, can partake in all physical elements of matter and energy, despite not being either of those. It is an energy that flows the realms of the living and the dead. While Aether can interact with anything in the universe, it does not exist naturally within the Chthonic Realms of places such as Helheim or Nastrond; therefore while Nether can interact with anything in the universe, it does not exist naturally within the Divine Realms of places such as Asgard or Alfheim. In appearance, it is a murky, black force that behaves like despondent mist. In power, it descends elements of the physical world into another Plane of Existence that can affect all other planes in the universe. Like with Aether, one could empower a lightning bolt with Nether and like Aether, an enemy could not hope to defend against it unless they use a power that is like Nether, Ether, or Aether...unless they dodge of course. The difference is in the effect of such an empowerment. The lightning bolt would take on an either black, violet, or blue hue depending on the quality of your Nether and then begin to behave even more wildly and destructively - not to the point where you can't control it at all. What is happening is the lightning bolt is beginning to destroy itself due to deathly power of Nether. If that lightning bolt strikes an enemy, it will take what is around it with it in a splash damage scenario and break down that which is around it, including the life-force of the enemy.
- Like Aether, Nether allows one to manipulate the physical forces of the universe such as gravity, energy, mass, time, and space. However, Nether has a different effect upon beings with a life-force in that it corrupts it and turns it into Death-Force.
- The natural effect Nether has on the environment is corrosion and corruption, along with a cold radiance unlike how Aether holds a heat aspect with a creation and purification nature.
- Nether has a greater affinity with Astral Plane elements.
- Nether allows one to manipulate all Death-Force associated powers such as the ability to create any ailment, necromancy, dark magic, fate magic, etc.
- Nether favors crowd control due to its destructive nature.
