Exousia Nyx
She Who Subdues in Awe
Exousia Nyx
Guardian of Svartalfheim
Queen of Kharneth
Concept: Space
Embodiment: Night
Weapon: Great Sword
Exousia Nyx, whose name means "Authority of Night," was created after Erebus Mephistopheles to ensure his power did not encroach on the entire universe. Ansemund molded her from the material of space and made her heart that of a star. In the vacuum of space, she painted the night; a sprawling sky of darkness spangled by the distant light of the heavens. She is the very barrier between the mortal world and the world of the immortal. The night is her veil that keeps the mortals away, but longing for what lays beyond that sky. Due to this, she is known as the most beautiful of all beings, a beauty that casts fear upon even the greatest of entities. From her very essence, mortals were created and she is responsible for the creation of most conceptual gods.
Summoning the Gjallarhorn of Exousia Nyx creates a torrent of dark, cold mists to fill the area, obscuring everything with visions of distant space. These mists begin to release from your eyes, creating a crown around your head, space itself bending around your hand, filling with these dark mists. The mists converge along your hand, a distant nebula tethered to these mists and the rift in space created at your grasp to begin forging the Great Sword of Nyx. Immediately, the crashing and overbearing sensation of the heavens falling upon the battlefield lands atop both of you, the intense gravity splitting the earthen terrain and crushing your opponent's shoulders as well as yours. Tears form in the fabric of space as you're forced on your knee, you chant the words of Exousia Nyx:

"Here lays the eternal abode of mother Night, gold-flowered Nyx, spangle-robed mother, envisaged in boundless space. Bring your boon of sleeping sorrow upon your children! You who are decked with starry light, in sleep's deep silence dwelling ebon night! SUBDUE THE LIGHT TO THE DEEPEST HELL, EXOUSIA NYX!"
