"In life, unrelated to one's social standing or class as determined by man, there are some people who, by nature, are keys that set the world in motion. They are the true elite, as dictated by the golden rule of the universe."
LUDOCIEL, GOD BETROTHED
![Picture](/uploads/1/9/3/1/19316073/published/yeye.png?1548069180)
Ludociel was not always known as God Betrothed, rather, he began his life as an entirely different person, save for the same body and different memories. He used to be known as Erik, a strong, burly warrior who neglected delicacy and preciseness for brute force and brashness. Though these days have long since passed, the reputation as 'Ironheart' still remains - a man who neglected the world as well as his own emotions, having only truly felt alive during the apex of battle.
He was born as first son to Jaeherys and his mother, Sagira, from whom he inherited most of his physical attributes, though he stood much taller than most of his family members, the only exceptions being Osmund and Aegon. He was born in Midgard, abandoned, and left to fend for himself at a very young age. The first many years of his life were uneventful and little happened other than him teaching himself how to hunt, read, and speak. However, when he came of age, he noticed that any arrow that he shot, through the binding of fate, bore north toward Calluna. Seeing this as a symbol from Odin, he traversed through the worlds North until he reached where he could no longer pull his arrow-string taut, which was Calluna. Here, he saw his father training with Ancelot. The latter of which shunned the boy, and, as Wulfric, he listened and dismissed his son. Though Erik did not understand communication, he left regardless, and stumbled upon the Well of Urd. Here, he prayed and meditated for many weeks without food--unbeknownst to him that Ancelot and Wulfric were fighting in this time. A rumble of the ground loud enough to shake all Nine Worlds woke him up from his deep meditation, and when it did, he saw the visage of Fenrir in the Well of Urd when he attempted to look at his own reflection. He turned around and saw his father, who cast a powerful comatose spell on him and then, Erik slept for many weeks. He woke up in Wulfric's Algiz, greeted by his family members and infant sibling, Gheleon.
Many years passed, and Erik, as a young adult, became a guard of Wulfric, now known as King Jaeherys, in New Monarchy's first generation. He fought in two wars for his King, and eventually, upon the King's departure and the Realm's dissolution, became an Iron Lord under Kaiser Aegon (his uncle.) He worked closely with his uncle in order to maintain the clan's survival, though after many months, he abandoned it in order to find himself. It was here that he went into hiatus, and his only son, Ysmir, emerged. Then, again, many years passed as Elexoria, ShadowMoore and the Septim Dynasty fought valiantly against the Xingfu empire, though to no avail. Ysmir disappeared and Erik re-emerged and reunited with his family members. When he did so, he spent many more years training with Jaeherys and Aegon up 'till New Monarchy's second revival, where he became Lord of the North, controlling the political intricacies of its houses and families upon request from his father. He joined his nephew's band to conquer Yunkai on his request, though this did not go to plan. In Yunkai, he faced a powerful seer with powerful space-time magic that sent him and his entourage to the heart of Muspellheim, to Amon Amarth - the living, breathing mountain. Erik summoned his Silver Chariot, and carried his heavily injured house-guard, Iona, and his band far north until they arrived at the portal to Niflheim. In Niflheim, his band of adventurers came across an old warrior tribe and a seer, who Erik paid to give them safe passage, which he did. Erik then found his old hut, and found the scriptures of old that he studied as a child--telling tale of the 'New Gods' said to surface before Ragnarok. These gods were not... gods by title, rather, by ability. They were not immortal. They were men and women, bestowed by the universe with unmatched ability and power to help usher in the innocent through Ragnarok. Understanding this, and knowing that it was more important to find the god-candidates rather than return to Midgard, Erik set off hidden in the darkness of night to find them--which he successfully did, in the far-corners of Niflheim, hidden and frozen away from the world. One by one they were recruited in order to help the effort against Ragnarok, 'blessing' Erik with fragments of their power, which gave him both a new title and name--Ludociel, God Betrothed.

THE NEW GODS
Fable--the One, the Destined. Bathing the battlefield in holy light, he cleanses evil and paves new paths for the regretful, the innocent and the criminal all-alike. He does not kill, nor does he destroy - he cleanses, so all can live in harmony once again, at peace with the world.
Sebastian--the Proud, the Noble. Above all, Sebastian embodies all that is chivalrous and right in the world. He supports those who aim to better themselves for others--the selfless, the defenders. He is the bane to all tyrants and conquerors that attempt to restrict the less fortunate.
Avon--the Balance, the Mythical. Balance is a necessity in the world - without light, there would be no shadow, without frost, there would be no fire. The virtuous god embodies all that balances in the world, the order and necessity of flow that allows the world to exist.
Valerie--the Beautiful, the Bountiful. Valerie is the God of Fertility, and often, denizens pray to her to determine the child of their baby as well as get her blessing. Though this is a rare phenomena, she 'blesses' a child of prophecy, awarding them immense spiritual power. Currently, only one is known to wield such power, Acacia, first-born of Erik.
Joanne--the Spirit, the Courageous. She is the optimism of a warrior, the spirit with which they fight, the force which they bring. Joanna is a staple warrior-goddess with such ferocious power that countries tremble from her might.
Nara--the None, the Formless. Nara is the death that cannot be seen--the inevitable end of time, the stopping of the heart, the rotting of grass-blades. Nara has no form, rather, she 'is' death itself as a concept, and among the New Gods is the only that is unholy, though, not evil.
Powers and Abilities
Herculean Energy Reserves
Ludociel's Energy Reserves are to such a degree that much like light, when naturally exuding, he floods a surrounding area, bathing and revitalizing it, given the natural passive of his energy. His energy does not have a 'color', rather, it shines so bright that its color is unknown. The passive of his energy is that it 'blesses' all that it touches, which revitalizes the energy of living beings, though this can be toggled on and off.
Superior Physiology
Unrivaled Speed
Ludociel's main attribute is his speed at which he can move--and is by far one of the fastest Yggdrasil.
Masterful Energy Manipulation
